Grange Park Tai Chi Chuan

Day/Time: Tuesday 7.30-9.00pm Address: Grange Park Methodist Church, Old Park Ridings, London, N21 2EU This class tends to run during school terms. Lessons Taught: The overall emphasis of this class tends to be towards health. There is an emphasis on learning the tai chi form. Qi Gong and other health practices are also taught.
